Fitbit App and Charge 5

Hi Guys
I have a charge 5 and between the watch and the app its a nightmare.
Since the awful app update the layout is horrible just cant get used to that mess and its been months now, but more so the app is constantly wrong, i train 5 days a week but the app is always telling me i have only trained 2 or 3 times, or it will say 5 days like it did today as i have done Mon-Fri but once i look at any excercise i have done and go back to where the days are its saying 2/3 days it constantly changes.

I looked back over the last few weeks where i have trained Mon/Fri and they are all the same as well none say 5 days they just have 2/3 random days during the week its such a pain.

I have always had issues with Fitbit watches but the app has always worked for me the Charge 5 i have now is the 3rd or 4th replacement from Fitbit as they all fail after updates or just when they feel like it.

Is there anyway to sort the app out or is it just as useless as the watches?

Just a quick update as of today the watch has stopped recording active minutes, it wont reset and the little graphs that would appear when you clicked on an excercise to show your heart rate no longer shows either. Im just about to contact customer services so will let you know how i get on.
