Charge 5 stopped working

About a week ago my Charge 5 stopped working. It looks like it restarts automatically over and over again. I can't even swipe or do anything. It just shows the logo every time that it restarts. And it's draining the battery very quickly because it won't stop doing that. I have tried to reset from the cable. It looks like it resets it but the same problem keeps happening. I tried to call and chat with Fitbit without luck. I've seen a lot of people with similar issues. What can I do?

Hi, @Fercito welcome to the community. 

You should contact "Customer Support" again using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. It's a good idea to make a note of any steps you have taken & the result so you can brief the agent accurately.

You do not mention how old your Charge 5 is, depending on who you bought your Charge 5 from & your location you may have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty the agent will also need these details.
