Hello,
We have several Charge 5 bands in family, all updated to the latest firmware versions. Apps and Android version the latest.
Recently I've seen notification service error on Xiaomi POCO X3 Pro (Android 12SKQ1/MIUI13.04) , when looking from Fitbit App- under profile picture - under device image .
Trying several hints from Forum but no help, so after deinstalling Fitbit App, reinstalling new Fitbit App and connecting with Charge 5, I could not see Notifications option under the Charge 5 General settings (first setting under General settings is High&Low Heart Rate option).
We have other Charge 5 band connected to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 (Android 12SP1A/MIUI13.0), and no notification service errors, and when checking from Fitbit App - under Charge 5 band settings - under General Settings the first option is Notifications option where I could manage notifications ( the second option is High&Low Heart Rate option).
The System settings under Bluetooth and under App notifications are same for both phones, all general notifications allowed the same way.
Anyone having the same issue with the app (you could not see band notification management from the Fitbit App, no place to tap..)?
