Fitbit Charge 5 CONNECTORS

Love my Fitibit Charge 5 but unfortunately Fitbit does not offer a 'Magnetic' band.  When I purchased a magnetic band elsewhere unfortunately the 'connectors' don't stay connected.  There is obviously a flaw in their design.  But luckily Fitbit has connectors that come with their Charge 5 Premium Horween Leather Bands that stay connected! The problem is that the Horween bands are not magnetic.

 

So I'm asking Fitbit to sell their black connectors (black coordinates with the black Charge 5).  Unfortunately when I spoke to Customer Service they tell me Fitbit currently does not sell these parts separately.  

 

Please help encourage Fitbit to sell parts they already have in stock.  They just need to price them separately.

Please note:  For some reason the Connector on my Magnetic band from another supplier only disconnects on the top side if you will.  The top side has the magnetic piece.  The bottom side connector has never disconnected on it's own.  Therefore only one connector is needed to replace the top side which will secure my magnetic band to my Fitbit Charge 5
