I am receiving notifications for call in my new Fitbit Charge 5 but name of the caller is showing as call even after granting the app permission for contacts.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

 

I've seen this usually happens when there are App Permissions pending. Since you already granted the app permission for contacts, just make sure that there are no other permissions pending by going to the Dashboard > Charge 5 > Notifications. In addition, make sure your power saving mode is on "Optimized" or "High Performance" in your phone. 

 

If you're still having this inconvenience, please try to disable notifications completely and set them up again, or you can also set up your Charge 5 as a new device. This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
