Hi everyone!
I have just bought a Fitbit Charge 5 for the ECG functionality of it. I fulfilled the requirements of it, could download the ECG app to the Tracker, however when starting the measurement procesure it says: "Error: Please reopen the application. Done (blue button)"
I have an urgent need for the ECG function because of my health conditions. How could this issue be solved?
I've found similar threads, but they are old, I would be intrigued by the current situation of the problem, in the end of September, 2025.
