Charge 5 stopped syncing steps in total.

Months ago my fitbit stopped transferring the steps synced from Cubii Pro in exercise to the total steps.  When they first sync they show in total steps then next sync they disappear and are only shown under exercise.   I called and spoke with a person and they said they were working on it. I called to verify that I had the latest update and I did.

I have not been able to sync my Cubii "steps" for a while. It says that info has synced successfully, but nothing shows up on the Fitbit app. I also see my Fitbit steps dropping, by hundreds at a time. I've been in touch with both companies, who cannot help each other, of course. Apps have been reinstalled, Cubii and Fitbit updated, restarted, resynced.... still no luck. I got rid of my original JR2 so I could have have bluetooth and it seems I'm out of luck.
