Fitbit Charge 5 Frozen Logo _ not working.

After my last Fitbit software update my Fitbit Charge 5 stopped working and I only get the infamous Fitbit Logo of death and after talking to customer support I was only offer a discount on my next Fitbit. NO HELP! NO SOLUTION! I am guessing they know what the issue is (software issue), so there was not point to keep me on the call and just give the discount instead. 15 month is not acceptable life for the Charge5

The same happened to me, didn't bother with contacting Fitbit help as the pattern is the same 18 months then the logo come on in the middle of the night and won't reset

it is happening a lot and FITBIT is trying to hide it and to make it this annoying for customer I would not be surprise it is a bug issue they are trying to hide from GOOGLE. the first time I called they offer me 30% off and when  I called again I got offered 50% off  of my next watch. Why would I buy anything from a company who does not stand behind their product and for a product that dies soon after the warranty expires.
