Fitbit Charge 5 apparently heats up and goes to Logo screen after short wear outside. Need fix.

Hello @MDM19 and welcome to the Community.  Please stop wearing your Fitbit and contact Support for more help.  Any excessive heat from the device sounds like a battery failure and could lead to an injury.

Thanks for the info. Decided not to wear, and not to purchase another Fitbit as this one lasted less than 7 months.
