I like to see Fitbit Charge 5 have way to have temperature check in the future.

The Charge 5 can track nightly skin temperature variation through existing sensors and this information can be checked on the Health Metrics tile of the Fitbit app. You can find more information about this here.
However, if you're referring to body temperature in general, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
