So, I charged my Fitbit Charge 5 last night (January 21st 2022) to 100% as of 11:30 PM. Now, as of 2:00 PM, (January 22nd 2022) it’s at 23%! I purposely bought a new Fitbit to upgrade from what I had not downgrade. I’ve had a Fitbit since they’ve come out and never had this issue. Now, I can barely even get customer service? What in the world?
