Fitbit Charge 5 battery drain issues.

Hello

Since last Tuesday, my Fitbit Charge 5 battery only lasts a few hours and then I have to recharge. It normally lasts all week. 
Please help!

I’m having the same problem since about a week ago. I also noticed it’s not measuring my heart rate or monitoring my sleep.

I am having the same problem and Fit Bit is less than a year old.  Battery will not last one day and it no longer records heart rate.  Is there a fix?  I have already tried to turn off and reset.

Mine is just over a year old and was fine until last week. 
I’ve also tried the reset - lots of times.

Does anyone have a fix? Is it something Fitbit are aware of and are trying to fix with an update?

I am also having same problem as Karen, fitbit is only 9 months old
