Hello guys, 

 

im reading of charge 5 dead after being in the water eg after a quick swim.

how could this be? How can it be that in 2023 a device is not water proof?

any feedback from Fitbit support ? This is not described anywhere and it’s a show stopper from buying this device .

I appreciate the information provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and for all your feedback. 

 

As you mentioned earlier, this device should be water resistant to 50 meters.  I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon. Please keep an eye on your inbox.
