Fitbit Heart Rate Chart Only Showing Yellow Line

I have a Fitbit Charge 5 and an Android phone. Since the begging of the month, the heart rate chart that tracks the heart rate for the exercise is only colored yellow rather than for each heart rate zone. It's tracking heart rate zones properly, just not showing the color for the chart. I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue and how to fix it.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your heart rate chart. 

If you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the other colors for heart rate zones, please try to:

• Log out from the app.
• Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
• Restart your phone. 
• Log back in to check if you're able to see the tile. 
• Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
