Fitbit Charge 5 doesn't start

Hi, my Charge 5 doesn't start and I can't reset following the 3 Press of ita cable charge button. I feel only the 3 vibrations after each press... Result: It doesn't start. Ita leds doesn't light

Can I recive a supporto?

Sad to hear you're having issues with your Charge 5. Sometimes restarting Charge 5 needs more than one attempt to work, so please give it another try closely follow these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure. Before doing so you should make sure you've synced your device to not lose any data tracked so far. Next please :

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display.

If you're out of luck, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance. As the service hotline currently is under heavy demand, you might want to contact Fitbit support via Twitter which, as many users have reported, is a good way to get help:
