Did you mean:

Fitbit Charge 5 generally poor.

I had a Charge 2 for about 5 years, until I decided to upgrade to the Charge 5.

I say upgrade, but it really was a big backward step. Does not record height,  very difficult and clunky to set the alarm using the Fitbit face, and the alarm not setting or not going off, therefore cannot trust it. The Charge 2 was brilliant.

I’ve done all the re-set thing, but really should we have to be doing that on a regular basis?

In my opinion Fitbit you need to get your fingers out and sort out your top of the range product.
