Hi,
This is the first time I have purchased a fitness tracker, the reason I have purchased one is I am looking to go in a calorie deficit soon, so my aim will be to eat -250 calories and then burn -250 calories by doing steps.
1. After the first nights sleep, it says I have burned 3xx calories, ok I understand BMR and we burn calories as we sleep, I have used a sleep vs calorie burned calculator, but then I go straight to the toilet and when I stand up, it says I have now burned a total of 6xx calories, what is going on here? I don't care about BMR, I want to know calories burned via exercise + steps.
2. As soon as I woke up, my step acount was 188, what is going on here?
3. I went for a short walk this morning, and my charge 5 is vibrating non stop, like for every step count, its giving me notifications for well done your steps is now, bla bla bla, what is going on here?
4. The only reason I purchased this is because I want a fitness tracker and I don't want to charge a smartwatch daily, if these issues can't be fixed I may as well go buy a apple watch because I know it will work...

hi,
I can't see that any of the clocks display burned(active) calories, only the BMR rate, which is a waste of time to look at on the main clock, is it not possible to display burned calories?
