My fitbit charge 5 (18 months old) has stopped charging. I've tried pressing the button 3 times within 8 seconds but still not getting any charge through from my laptop. The fitbit logo comes on but the charge isn't getting through. I'm missing it a lot. Please can you help ? Thanks

I meant to add to my previous message the battery comes on red 1% saying critical battery - any advise would be most welcome
