Hi, I no steps have tracked on my fitbit today. It was on charge overnight, I wore it as normal when I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 30 mins, but the step count is 0.
Everything else is recording properly, I've restarted, forgotten and reconnected to my phone and updated the fitbit software.
What else can I do?

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. You've written that you've already tried restarting your device without success. As there are two ways to restart Charge 5, I'd suggest following these instructions:
1.) Connect your device to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the USB plug of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
