Purchased Fitbit Charge 5 in Dec 2022
put on water lock when exercising (swimming)
it has not come back to life
I’ve tried pressing cable as per troubleshooting it does however vibrate
removed app on iPhone and reinstalled
tried different charger usb cable wall socket
Have contacted Fitbit twice now and they no help say they sending me email but nothing happens
this Fitbit is less than 3 months old
very frustrated
can anyone please help

Water lock prevents contact with water resulting in unwanted button press/tap events. It does not make the device become waterproof. I don't know what the device waterproof rating is.
