I recently got a charge 5, upon receiving it I put it on charge as per the instructions. I left it on charge for an hour, there was never a charging screen once. It also won't respond if I try tapping the screen twice. I've tried rebooting it via the button on the charging cord upwards of 30 times, (Pressing the button three times, one second interval, waiting 10 seconds, then another 15 before trying again) I've had no luck with any of it. Is there anything else I can do?

Mine will charge up 100% and die in a few hours. Face is blank, but I’m getting info on my iPhone app….
