Fitbit Charge 5 with Fitbit logo on screen

Bought myself the newest Fitbit the Charge 5 last year for Christmas. It is not even a year old. Last Friday, around lunchtime the Fitbit logo came on the screen.  It wouldn't reset.  I tried the charging it and pushing the button three times thing.  Also, uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone.  Finally, Friday evening it reset.  Then yesterday, Tuesday, the Fitbit logo reappears and my Fitbit is froze again.  Try to charge/push the button. Nothing works. Couple of hours later, resets and we are fine.  This morning, Wednesday-the same Fitbit error on my Fitbit. FROZE AGAIN! It's not even a year old!  I'm charging it and have pushed the buttons again.  NOTHING!  This is very frustrating.  When it reset on Friday and yesterday, I lost all of my steps.  Is this going to keep happening again?  Please help!

Fitbit screen went blank - last sync charge was 80% - but put back on charger and now Logo screen shows - but device won't connect ot phone (BT) or respond to screen swipes nor the 'USB Button" - any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

Doesn’t look like we get any help here.

I disconnected my Charge 5 from Bluetooth, it wouldn’t set up again, but my phone kept looking for it. I did the three tap reset with the charger cord and just left it plugged in. I checked a few hours later and I had a red X circle thing on the screen, so I did the three tap again and let it sit for few more hours. It turned back on somehow when I checked it.

I set it back up on the app as a new device and changed clock faces for good measure. It seems to be working fine the past two days…We will see..

I'm about fed up as well. I've had the Apple Watch 3 without any issue, then upgraded to the Apple Watch 4. We now have the Apple Watch 5 but had wanted to try a Fitbit so I picked up the original Fitbit Sense. I loved that it showed the Heart Rate Zones throughout the day. Now Apple does that but only when doing certain exercises -- not 24/7. So the Sense finally crapped out and Fitbit replaced it. It started acted up and they said, basically, too bad. "We don't warrant our replacements" -- earlier this year I picked up the Fitbit Charge 5. It was small enough that I could wear it alongside my Apple Watch and again, I could check daily Heart Rate Zones while walking and/or just working outside. About a month ago, the screen went black and they sent a replacement. I've worn it about 6 times and I put it on the charger last week and saw the flashing logo. I tried the three button press and it showed the battery charging information on screen. I wore it three days and then put it back on the charger. Now it's showing a red circle with a white x in the middle. I've had the same Apple Watch series 6 going on three years with no issue other than battery degradation. What gives?
