Mine has only been the last 12 hours with no sync, but the time says 2:32 am and it's 1pm where I am. I've restarted, checked the charging cable, turned things off and on, and nothing is working.

Hello @IzaTarnowska and @ThePagan
Our Fitbit devices get the time from the phone/tablet through syncing. This help article has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why won't my Fitbit sync? (<-- click link)
Once you can successfully sync, that should resolve the time issue.
Out of curiosity, are either of you iOS users? I've noticed there are more iOS users who are reporting issues with syncing.

Android here. I finally got a hold of tech support and they got my Charge to sync. Once that happened the time corrected itself. Looks like I lost my data for the day, but I'm not that concerned over one day.
Big thank you to Santiago for helping me.

Hi @ThePagan
Thanks for letting us know that support was able to help you get your Charge 5 to sync and now the time is correctly displayed.
Just an FYI - Daylight Saving Time starts for us in the USA this weekend. Occasionally, we see reports of the correct time not displaying when this happens. Thankfully, this issue typically corrects within a day.
