Fitbit Dashboard data doesn't match Charge 5 data

The number of active zone minutes that is shown in my dashboard and my phone app doesn't match the number on my Charge 5.  For example, today the Charge 5 says I had 129 active zone minutes, but the dashboard says I had 57 active zone minutes.  The Dashboard says that the last sync was "just now," so that's not the problem.

Hello @trari and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote.  It sounds like you are comparing your web dashboard with your mobile dashboard.  Your Charge 5 awards active zone minutes (AZMs).  Your mobile app shows those AZMs.  The web dashboard shows active minutes, an older, out-of-date activity measurement.  Two different equations are used and are described in this Help article.  How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?

There are older devices still in use that award active minutes.  Fitbit chose not to change the web dashboard when it introduced active zone minutes a few years ago.
