My Charge 5 isn't charging

The Charge 5 is my 3rd Fitbit in 6 years.

It will no longer charge properly, shuts down during an activity and will not monitor sleep on a consistent level.

Beyond frustrated.

I have tried all possible trouble shooting for my Charge 5. I don’t even
have access to the settings on my watch to restart it!
So frustrating. And I have been a loyal customer too. It’s been a
disappointment when I’ve paid a lot for my Fitbit products and they only
last for a short period of time.

Time for a change.
