Fitbit Pay in Charge 5 Not Working Properly

I love the Fitbit Pay feature of my Charge 5, esp. when I’m running around town getting all my shopping done on a particular weekend! However, my credit cards keep disappearing from my payment screen on my watch even though I have them stored in the app and was working fine hours before. I can get it back but have to log back into the app and sync which is annoying when I’m in line to go pay. Has anyone run into this issue and please tell me there’s an easy fix for this!?! Btw, I have an iPhone.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the steps followed in order for Fitbit Pay to work. Let's try restarting your Charge 5 and make sure you've chosen a default card, to do so follow the instructions on this article

Tried the restart and I have a Bank of America credit card chosen as my default card but still did not fix the issue. I have two credit cards stored in the Fitbit App but they often disappear from my watch without any rhyme or reason.
