Fitbit Support totally inadequate

My Charge 5 stopped working 10 days ago.

Did all the suggested steps on help multiple times.
Rang the support centre (on 3rd attempt,  2 of the 3 numbers given on the Contact us page have a message saying they don’t accept calls)

Spoke to helpful advisor who did all that again and some other suggestions with me but FB still not working. Said she would put through and that I needed a replacement (it is less than 12m old) and I would hear in 24 to 48 hours.

Chased after 72 hours. Was told it needed to be dealt with by Australian team as that is where I am (which FB would know from outset given they have all my data and serial number). Would hear in 24 hours.

Email arrives asking for identical info again. I provide.

72 hours later I am still waiting.

10 days and no further forward on replacing my faulty product which is under warranty. This is a disgrace.
