My phone and Charge 5 won't pair. I have already tried the following
-Turning Bluetooth on and off
-Restarting Phone
-Restarting Fitbit
-Reinstalling Fitbit App
I removed the Fitbit and am trying to re-add it to my account but my phone can't find the Fitbit
Mine won’t sync either since the update to the Charge 5 tracker is available. I try to run the update but my phone won’t find my Charge 5 even though it is charged and fully working.
