Fitbit and Strava not syncing Activities

Hi, since 9th November no activities have automatically been uploaded to Strava from my charge 5, nothing has changed as far as I'm aware, I've tried revoking access and reinstating access on strava and Fitbit apps and websites tried resetting phone and charge 5 and still have to manually add activities via tcx files. Any ideas anyone?
