I purchased my 3rd Fitbit today.  When I put in my email address,  I get a message that says this email address belongs to another user.

(The other user is me!  I don't have another email address to use)

I can't log in to set up my new device. What do I need to do to log in?

  • I just purchased my 3rd Fitbit watch/tracker.  When I try to login to my account to register my 3rd Fitbit, I get a message that says another user is using this email address.
  • (The other user is me!!  I don't have another email address to use.   What should I do?)
