Just bought a Charge 5 and I’m not able to even set it up because the Fitbit app is unusable on my phone.
After downloading it from the App store, the app crashes right after loading the welcome screen.
I tried restarting the app, removing and reinstalling, removing and restarting my phone before reinstalling the app - none of these worked.
The app version I downloaded is 3.76 and I’m running iOS 16.3.1
Is there something else I can try to make it work or do I just need to wait until you release an app fix?
