Only had this about a month and the clockface is supposed to be black in the background but changed to bright pink/purple. I have tried reset and clear data and changing watch faces, etc. And still this fluorescent color. How can I get the original screen back and what could have caused this?

Hi, @Candlegirl , if changing the watch face and resetting did not solve the problem, then I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . Be sure to let them know the troubleshooting steps you have already tried, and if you contact them by email it may be worth including a picture of your watch showing a couple of different watch faces.
