I have been trying to login in my account and open the app on my Fitbit 5 for two days. It just does not work and takes me directly to Active Fit. I went through all the troubleshooting steps suggested on this community and on youtube. It just doesn't open numerous times.
This already happened to me in March and April this year. I lost all my steps back then and it is happening again. Any advice?
