Hi. My charge 5 was working normally until just a couple of days ago. I was walking in the sun when I checked my Fitbit and noticed it was unusually dim and the screen had a sort of red tint to it. At first I thought it might be because it was overheating as I was walking when it was pretty hot outside and the sun was directly on my Fitbit, but it never went away.
I've tried changing the brightness, restarting it both with and without the charger, changing the clock face, and making sure it was up to date. When I restarted it, the Fitbit logo came up and was bright like normal, but when it loaded into the clock it went back to being red and dim. Even when I try to change the brightness, it will be bright like normal for a split second and then go back to being dim. Any ideas on what the issue is and how to fix it?

Hello, @jamun101, welcome to the community!
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the screen brightness of your Charge 5.
I recommend you to check the Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb mode are off, please, this may impact the brightness of the screen, check the manual to know how to change these settings.
