Two weeks ago I lost access to all irregular rhythm notifications, data, and history. I am running Version 4.04 of the Android App and have been told I need to update to Version 4.06. Unfortunately, no one knows (or will tell me) when this will be pushed out to the Google Play Store. Do I need a Premium Membership for this access?

Hi @Dirtbeard no, Premium doesn't push the Android update out any faster. These updates appear to be rolled out in waves and you just need to wait until it's your turn. I have the same app version as you do.

Thanks @Odyssey13 - I hadn't thought about a relationship between membership and updates... I was thinking about the relationship between access to data and membership. I think it's coincidental, but I lost access just after letting the auto-renewal lapse. So far no one from support has mentioned that, and I researched it before letting it lapse. At this point there's little I can do except wait and hope it's all there when access is restored... plus the periodic emails to support reminding them it's still unavailable.
Best AnswerHello @Hpbfitness
Your irregular rhythm info is in the You tab in the updated Fitbit app, under Health Assessments. Let us know if you don't see it there.

Best AnswerThe tab is there, but there is no info. When I tapped on the tab, the screen just went blank and froze. It should either give me info or say there was nothing detected. Now, the option is turned off and support can't figure out how to turn it back on - other than tell me to tap on the tab, but of course I can't do that because it goes to a blank screen and locks up.
I've escalated this issue to the Fitbit team and will report back as soon as I have any new information.

Best AnswerI can't see the Afib data in the app either from a Charge 5 - tap on tab, get a blank screen that freezes the Fitbit app in Android. Have to restart Fitbit to look at anything else.
Best AnswerHi @Dirtbeard
Thank you for letting us know that the app update to version 4.08 has fixed the issue for you. Hopefully, this will be true for the other users with the same issue.
Hello @Moggy3576 ,
The app updates tend to rollout gradually. I'm still on Fitbit app version 4.06. We'll have to keep checking the Play store to see when the update will be available for us to install.
