The Fitbit went off at 17% battery
and wouldn’t come back on
put on charge at night time and was unresponsive until the morning
now it works but the screen won’t come back on I’ve tried to reset it with the usb cable
it vibrates then pressed 3 times but I don’t see the logo

Hi, @Lee2211 , as you have tried the restart procedure and that hasn’t helped, please try changing the clock face on your Charge 5. The instructions are here . (If that solves the problem you can return to your previous clock face, if preferred).
If you still have a blank screen after trying both the restart and trying changing the clock face, then please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com .
