Fitbit charge 5 no longer functioning

Hi,

After searching through the community I did not find any useful solutions to my fitbit not functioning.

My charge 5 is no longer functioning. Without any warning, no issues with battery life, it got stuck on the fitbit logo during charging. When connecting to the charger the logo will appear and stay lit. I tried some solutions suggested in other topics like restarting with the button on the charge cord, disconnecting and deleting from the app and restarting but the app cannot find the charge 5 anymore. I cannot use the device (Apple iPhone) in any way. I've had the device since january 2022.
