like many other Fitbit charge 5 owners, my device out of nowhere stopped calculating sleep score after 8-10 weeks of ownership. I’ve tried all recommendations outside of a factory reset and none have worked. Is this a known issue that will be patched?

I have this too. It shows on the watch and on the home screen of the app but doesn't record it by the days on the chart with the deeper detail.
I've only had the charge 5 for 2 weeks. It replaced my HR which started doing the same thing. I thought a new fitbit would help. It's so frustrating.
I'm on android. Not sure if it's a compatibility issue with that???
