The screen doesnt work on my new charge 5.. When I push the button on the charge, it vibrates and shows the fitbit logo for about 2sec, and then nothing.
Cant go any futher with the installation. What am I doing wrong?

I think there is confusion with your question. the set up is done through your phone app. the only thing the fitbit displays prior to it is the code you need to get started. from there all the progress is visible on the app and maybe the progress bar on the tracker (I don't recall now). If you already have it set up and when you turn your wrist or tap the tracker, nothing displays, I would try to reset it to see if it will correct the problem. Best AnswerMine is frozen on the logo screen , tried this reset , screen goes off for 3 seconds and then goes back to the logo screen . If I unplug from the charger the battery runs down fast and then switch's off . I then start recharge and just the logo comes up .
only had this tracker for about 10 days 😞
