How do I find the setting to change my Fitbit charge 5 watch time? , like putting the right time on when clocks go forward?

A peculiar question. But earlier today I did find it reversing time an hour all of a sudden! Doing a sync helped, but it reversed back for a while. Must have been a glitch in the matrix this one:)
