Noticed cross sign on my Fitbit charge 5 screen,which is not going off put it on charge showing low power but than it is black screen only.Tried to restart by pressing the button on charger cable three times with one second gap the Fitbit logo appear but than black screen.help

Try changing the clock face a few times.  Mine booted up when I changed back to original face.🍀
