why won't my charge 5 sync and why don't I see stats from last night?

My charge 5 won't sync and I got no stats last night. What do we do!

Mine too, I’m eager to find out why. Gym for two hours last night 7pm-9pm and no data added since 5:30pm.

Mine synced yesterday, but now 16hrs later it will not sync and chg 5 is only 10cm from phone andoid app.

I scrolled up to settings and reset phone and fingers crossed it’s been ok since.

Although it's not mentioned in the troubleshooting steps, some users reported that they had to turn off Wi-Fi, then turn it back on in order to get their device to sync.
