My fitbit charge 5 will sync but not to Bluetooth. I've tried and tried

Hi @Allcock  this article - click to read - tells what to do when you have trouble syncing. You don't sync to bluetooth, but it uses bluetooth to get you connected to the Fitbit servers where your data is uploaded and stored.
