Fitbit fix the new platform!

  • My Charge 5 has several issues related to the newest version of the app. 
  • It doesn't measure steps/miles correctly anymore. I use the same 3 mile exercise video, however steps and distance are both considerably lower than before.
  • I paid for the Charge 5,  leather straps, and Premium service. I dumped Fitbit for two years due to the crappy plastic bands breaking.  Do I have to leave Fitbit again? If they don't fix the problems or return to the previous version (while IT continues to fix the new platform), I'll have to leave again.  If I leave again, I will NEVER return to Fitbit.
