My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

Charge 5 stopped measuring hr and all related stuff it's just a few months beyond warranty. The support provided with 35% and I ordered. However an open box arrived, after hours of calls, chats, emails, Google asked to PAY FULL price for a replacement! And pack and return the used one driving to some place!

Scam!!!(

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've already assisted you. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Charge 5 and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.

Update: according Google I need to buy a shipping box and then drive to the carrier to ship it.

Open box device arrived packed in one time use envelope so it cannot be reused.

 

Google sent me a used device when I paid for a brand new one and now forces to buy a box, drive miles, spend my time.
