I charged my fitbit charge 5 yesterday once it was 100 percent charged the vibration started automatically and it was not stopping and saw that the foot steps was running by itself even when I was not wearing it. Then the charge started to drain and went to 0 percent. Today I tried to charge again and the logo of fitbit was blinking. I saw some videos to restart it and tried it by pressing the button on the charger and then a cross sign was displayed on the screen. Once the charge of the watch got out the cross sign disappeared. I got this watch in April since then I used it only 4 to 5 times. Don't know what to do.
