Hi,
my Charge 5 all of sudden displayed the Fitbit logo. I have tried resetting and it went black and struggled to come back on. It eventually did but the logo keeps flashing. I’ve cleaned the connectors but still no change. I purchased my watch on the 24 Feb and it’s not yet 6 months old. Frustrated

Mine was doing that too. Nothing worked. I let it totally discharge, then put it back on the charger and did the push-button-on-USB-cable-three-times reset. Got the clock face to come on...but display is otherwise not responding (no response to swipes), and battery loses 80% charge in 1 hour. 4 different "chat" sessions and still no idea what the solution is.

It is now Saturday 3 days without my Fitbit charge 5 that is less than 6 months old and no one has made contact! I am looking to take this further as I have consumer rights to have a replacement or my money returned in full! This is not acceptable FITBIT I will never purchase a watch from you again. Garmin or Apple will have my money. In these difficult times I feel robbed as I can’t afford a replacement and why should I when my Charge 5 is under warranty. I don’t appear to be the only individual suffering with this issue, imagine how you would feel if someone mugged you of £130 as this is how I feel and many others!! My reference no is 49736494 can someone please follow up immediately and I don’t want a templated response as you appear to send out.
Unfortunately, that has not worked all I get is a blank screen and when it decides to reset I get the Fitbit logo. My charge 5 is still under warranty and I’ve heard nothing from support

I've sent your information to the Support team again, but it seems that you've been in touch with them a few times and they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can provide you with the next steps.
