Fitbit not having 'Spo2' and 'Find my Phone'

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the apps from my Fitbit app to my Fitbit watch, the watch does not show the Spo2 scan. At the moment the Fitbit watch only has Exercise, Notifications, Alarms, Timers, EDA Scan and ECG. I have tried changing the clock face too but it still does not have the Spo2 scan.
