My Fitbit Charge 5 is not syncing with myfitnesspal. When I log on to myfitnesspal my previous days fitbit steps are showing and I get no calorie adjustment. I have contacted myfitnesspal and they have indicated that you have acknowledged the problem is at your end. Can you enlighten me about the status of the problem. Thanks.

I have been communicating with myfitnesspal for some time now and they have suggested numerous fixes which have not worked. In the latest communication they indicated that they had been in communication with Fitbit who acknowledged that the problem was at their end and they were working on a solution
