My charge 5 is no longer logging my exercise on the app - whether I run, swim or do a workout, nothing registers on the app on my phone. If I open the app on my laptop, I can see no exercise has been registered for 2 weeks. Should I remove the app and reinstall again? advice very welcome.

Are you using the activity Auto Detect feature for your workout?
If so, have you had a chance to manually start & stop your exercise on the Charge 5 to see if your workout shows up in the app?
